Encanto Afternoon Tea Party

Experience our enchanting Encanto themed afternoon tea party for all the Children to enjoy!
On the 2nd July, visit The Bedford Swan for our exclusive event hosted by 4 of your favourite Encanto characters and have your chance to meet Maribel, Bruno, Isabela and Luisa.

As you arrive, you will be greeted with a grand entrance with a fantastic sing and dance performance and escorted to your seats. Enjoy your specially themed afternoon tea for the children and adults afternoon tea whilst having a special meet and greet with each character and picture moments to capture the special moment.

After you have enjoyed the banquet of cakes and sweets, you will be invited to take part in all the fun Encanto games, arts and crafts, glitter face paint, concert and receive a special gift, creating fun memories for all to enjoy!

P.s don’t miss the opportunity to fully immerse yourself! Dress up as your favourite character and capture photo opportunities with the Encanto family!

Event date – 2nd July 2023
Event time – 12pm – 3pm (Afternoon tea will be served at 12:30pm)
Adults – £30 including adult afternoon tea and hot drink
Children – £20 including specially themed children’s afternoon tea and drink, performances, activities and special gift

*NOTE – Other drinks will be available to purchase at the bar. Afternoon tea menu will be sent 1 month before the event.
£10 pp to secure the booking. Full payment due 1 month before (all payments are non – refundable/ non- transferable)
Please note that event and venue staff including entertainers are not responsible for unsupervised children, all children must be supervised at all times
