The first of its kind in the UK and Europe, the resort will host a world-class theme park with several themed lands around its world-renowned IPs. In their recent announcement, Universal Studios promise to create an immersive experience of storytelling, high-octane rides, and exciting entertainment, a winning combination for families and thrill-seekers all over the UK.
For the thousands of visitors heading to the new resort each month, Universal has confirmed there will be new transportation upgrades around the Bedford area, including:
- An expansion to Wixams train station
- New direct slip roads from the A421
- Other local road improvements
