Please bring appropriate swimwear. We also recommend non-slip footwear for the Thermal Spa. Flip-Flops are available to purchase at reception for just £5.
Yes, the Thermal Spa is available to our local residents and well as hotel guests.
Unfortunately, use of the Thermal Spa is not advised during any stage of pregnancy.
We have a hoist for the pool at the Thermal Spa and ramp to reach the sauna and steam rooms. Please contact us on 01234 369910 to pre-arrange any assistance so we can ensure everything is in place in advance of your booked session.

No, the facilities are not suitable for children. The Thermal Spa is only suitable for those aged 16 and over.
If you have any of the following conditions, we advise you to check with your medical professional prior to booking the Thermal Spa: high or low blood pressure, heart and circulatory conditions, diabetes, epilepsy, skin infections/diseases or if you are undergoing active treatment for or diagnosed with cancer.
No, the Thermal Spa does not have any treatment rooms.
Sessions are 2 hours to allow guests to make the most of all facilities, we do also offer some 1 hour sessions for our corporate guests to enjoy before or after work.
